Exhibitors receive a complimentary listing in the Show Program as outlined in Exhibitor Registration Information. The rates and specifications on this page are for exhibitors wanting to purchase additional advertising space in the Show Program.

Organizations and individuals offering education resources that are unable to exhibit at the Fair may also wish to purchase advertising in the Show Program.

Specifications and Submission

  • Any fully vectorized file created in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Freehand and saved in Adobe Illustrator *.ai or *.eps formats or a *.pdf are acceptable. Any fonts contained in *.ai, *.eps or *.pdf files must be converted to outlines (lines & curves). The *.ai or *.eps formats will not be accepted with embedded or linked scanned images.
  • Images must be a resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi) or greater @ 100% size in *.tiff or Adobe Photoshop *.eps formats.
  • All ads are to be delivered by email. Contact us if your file is too large to be emailed.
  • A printed copy of the ad must be faxed so that the emailed version can be verified as correct.
  • Bleeds are not available.

Website Ad Submission and Specifications

  • Files should be saved as .gif or .jpg @ 72dpi (100%)
  • Maximum width is 175 pixels
  • Maximum height is 92 pixels
  • URL of target link should be emailed and will be linked at time of placement (all advertiser target url's will open in new window)
